Strawberry fudge

 

 

Moira Botha Dyer Strawberry Fudge:

 

450g strawberry frosting;

 

450g slab white chocolate broken into pieces.

 

Method: Prepare a 22x22cm dish by spraying with cooking spray.

 

Microwave chocolate just until melted.

 

Remove & stir in strawberry frosting evenly.

 

Spread in prepared dish & place in fridge to set for about 1/2hr.

 

Cut into squares & serve.
