Coconut Milk Banana Smoothie Ice Cream


1 cup Thai coconut milk, refrigerated and thickened
2 bananas, frozen and cut into several pieces
drizzle of honey, to taste - about 1 tablespoon

Place milk and bananas in the blender and puree until smooth.
Add honey to taste and pulse to combine.
Serve immediately for a soft serve milkshake or freeze for a firmer ice cream.
